A bit more attentiveness would definitely take the hospitality here to the next level. Another minor downside is the road leading to the resort. After heavy rain, it tends to get flooded or have large pools of water, which can make it tricky to get in and out. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to be prepared for if you’re visiting during rainy days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ohana Resort Hotel for its cleanliness, peaceful vibe, and potential to become an even better destination with just a few small improvements. "The bathroom was awful. No bidet. No refrigerator. No elevator. Unfriendly staff. No towels. No WiFi. Window shades had no darkening effect. No bottled water in the room. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Door to balcony doesn’t close all the way. My friends room had no TV, no closet. Grounds were very nice. But will never stay there again and will not recommend "
