"We had a lovely stay in this property! Staff was very nice and helpful. I love that they have their own tuktuk to drop you off along General Luna. The location is perfect, it is quite close to a lot of the restaurants but far enough that it’s not loud. The staff was great! One of the ladies in the front desk lent me her own money to pay for our tuk tuk since they didn’t have change, that was very nice of her I think her name was Jen. Also a staff names Ling was super helpful and very friendly....

"This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. You are treated like the most important people in the world, and the whole time feel like you have this paradise to yourself. Everything they do is done with quality and passion. "The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort.
