"Excellent service! I like the breakfast selection they have to offer. Also use the spa service 2 nights in a row. My only complaint was the smell of smoking probably from other guests smoking in the washroom. Saw a notice in the elevator some guests are probably doing that. That's so dangerous and selfish."

"Check in was super fast, we arrived 3hrs before the check in time, but the reception was kind and gave us a room straightaway! Nice modern hotel with a large shopping mall a few minutes away. "

"Although the room and facilities are clean, they are dated. Some of the bathrobes provided need to be replaced. One had a hole on it…. I used this hotel many times over the years and it seems to be going down in quality. Sorry to see that."

This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside.
