"Amazing room, felt like a king. The listing says theres laundry but there was nothing of the sort when we arrived. The water stains in the tub and shower were a little scary but its an amazing place. "

"Not sure if we just got a bad room or they're all bad, but my family was bitten by mysterious bugs. Maybe bed bugs in addition to mosquitos. But it was very scary and unpleasant. We will not stay here again even if it was free. Service was not bad, but can't make up for the bug bites. We had 10+ bites per person. "

"We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. The elevators are also small and slow, but that has been our experience in most of Taiwan. Other than the things noted above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The soundproofing...

"Cant really comment since I went to the wrong branch at changhua but good that they are flexible enough to accomodate my family. Simple breakfast and if you like karaoke they have one in the room but I had problem using it though. Overall nice experience."

"Very spacious and clean rooms. Street noise is a tiny concern for those living on the 10th floor or lower (I didn't experience much street noise living on the 16th floor during my second stay)."

"A bit out of the way from the train station. Had to take Uber everywhere coz the bus was not on schedule maybe because it’s a weekend? Unsure about this. The toilet has no door and the shower room has a clear glass without curtains. Besides these the rest are OK. Love the jacuzzi in the room. Got free ice cream and nice breakfast too. Would not mind to stay again in this but hopefully the hotel can at least give some curtains to the shower and toilet area. "
