"The hotel was very conveniently located as far as walking the city. Desk staff was very accommodating, as our check in was 3 pm but our flight arrived at 7:45 am, and they let us store our luggage until check-in. They even offered check in as early as 1 pm. Desk staff also offered recommendations of things to do in the period of time between arrival and check in. The hotel is not fancy, but very comfortable, safe, and provided all amenities we needed. "The hotel in Frankfurt is a flat 10 minute walk from the main station, in a very quiet, safe, and peaceful part of Frankfurt. A nice 20 minute walk to the Old Town and Main River. Excellent helpful staff and a great breakfast. Good sized room too. We were fortunate to get the room with a private balcony which is very large and great for a drink with a city view."

"The picture posted on Expedia of the outside of the building was not the same as the building itself. The pictures of the bathroom on the website are only from the bigger rooms so when we checked in there was only a small square shower. The staff was amazing went out of their way to make my stay there much better. "
