"The front desk was great especially Paul. The rooms were great. The pool was freezing cold to the point we really couldn't swim and unfortunately for us that was one of the reasons we chose Hyatt instead of an Air BNB."

"A fantastic stay! Were able to grant us an early check in as we were in town for the WNBA playoffs! Shuttle was great and driver was super friendly. Room was very clean and quiet! Front desk people were extremely friendly. Complementary breakfast was great! Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely book here next time we are in town!"

"Great luxury sweet at the price point. Great location in Providence which made areas we wanted to see during the trip super convenient to walk/ short drive. Parking was super easy. The speakeasy bar was an awesome spot. "

"The overall impression of the Hilton Mystic was decent. It is a modern, clean, and easy to reach hotel. The check-in was nothing short of fantastic. The room, however, was adequate at best, the bed uncomfortable. The service in the bar, there for a beer around 9:00 p.m. was simply deplorable. I finished my beer and waited ten minutes for someone to attend me. One of the two bartenders was too busy watching the football game on the other side of the bar."

I was not happy with my room and she immediately went into action to corrent the problem. I loved that she had freshly baked cookies when we arrived. It was a warm and inviting gesture. What I didn't like is that some of the rooms where the front desk is located are small and no views. They do have suites available on the water. So if you stay there stay in the suites. "
