"The room was a great size and felt spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and included smoothies which was a treat. We asked for an extra blanket and pillows and could have used one more thick blanket or quilt for a more comfortable sleep as the bed came with a sheet and a thin blanket."

"The lobby and lift area had a very strong machine/diesel (?) smell and would make me gag. The soundproofing of the rooms weren’t great either. Being close to the lift, we could hear the guests outside every day and night. The hotel location was about 6 mins from the nearest station, 2 minutes from the Dontonbori district but I would think it’s a rowdy area - we saw drunkards every night cos there were alot of bars around the hotel. NYE was worst - a lot of tourists and foreign workers drunk on...
