this is my second time of staying here but it does'nt means they are good, the room and others still the same ,even the staffs were little grumpy as one year ago,. specially one senior. comparing most service industry in Japan .i just like there is a train station in front of the hotel.

Worst hotel on our trip
The bed was hard as a rock and the flatest thing we have ever slept on. I had to get an extra blanket and fold it under myself to give some sort of cushioning. Even my husband, who can deal with a firm mattress had a hard time. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. The front desk person was rude at check in as well, would not recommend.
