Pros: - It's a new building with good facilities. - Decent location Cons: - Rooms were boiling and AC didn't work. - Staff sent us to a non-existent bus stop for our airport bus, missed the bus. - Staff were asleep on duty at the 24/7 reception when we needed to check out and didn't wake up. - Incorrectly charged me for losing the key which I made sure staff had when I returned to get a taxi - originally left it on the sleeping staff member's iPad. - Haven't refunded me for incorrect charges and had no further response from Hashtag so will need to file a claim through my credit card provider.

Basic good if on tight budget
On arrival we were early by half an hour so we decided to wait with others in a nice waiting space with sofas etc.We then waited 35 mins-some people were checked in before us who had just arrived, which was very frustrating.The checking in process was just poorly organised and really unprofessional.All the staff were around 18-20 which is fine but you could tell they were not organised.I think three tablets were working and check-in was at a "reception" which was a pool table and an area with stools.The area is a tram ride away from the centre and a bit dodgy in parts.The rooms and communal areas were lovely.It was really hot and no fans or aircon so we had the window open in our room but the road outside was so noisy, I dont think we had a decent sleep the whole time we were there.It was a place to sleep and shower as we were out all day and most of the night,done its job but just wish our check-in wasnt so frustrating and dragged out after travelling for hours. Will definitely be back to Dublin but maybe next time spend extra for a hotel.

Perfect place to stay economically for a Con
The accommodations were spartan, but all I needed was a place to sleep. The most exciting thing was that a full kitchen was available on each floor, so we could safely store food, or even make meals.

The property was nice, good options, gym was handy. Location is really far out, and it was surprisingly loud at night with a traffic light right outside my window that wouldn't stop beeping It was a bit inconvenient asking to use the gym for example, and two different people told me the cinema was broken and then that it was working within a few minutes of each other. Again the laundry, i was given two different pieces of information and flummoxed over needing to buy a €3 card for one time use. The staff were clearly temporary for the summer and all had different information, making simple things more frustrating, especially the two interruption to my room where i wad told that i needed to check out a day early, when id already confirmed in writing that i was staying an extra night and paid for said service, especially when i was on business calls at the time

Nice walk along the River Liffey😊
The place was super nice, comfy and very clean. I really had a nice stay. The only minor perk about the place was being quite a walk to the center, but didn't mind it at all ..loved walking along the river, and it was nice. Highly recommended.. if you don't mind walking a bit.

Excellent facilities. Quite area but lots of people staying there. Run by students so at times it’s not to a professional standard but they genuinely tried their best and tried to meet our expectations. The negatives were that it wasn’t run like a hotel - our rooms were not cleaned daily and we had to ask for toiletries (but they were provided quickly and in a friendly way when asked). Kitchen and tv shared. Lovely stay overall

Book here if you’re ok with a dorm room and two towels, because that’s what this is. Hallways and room were so hot & stuffy we had to keep the one window open. The noise of delivery trucks and gulls started about 3:30am. No one came to clean the room, make the bed, or replace towels in our 6-night stay. Mattress is bigger than a single but not as big as a full; tight quarters for two short adults. A tall person would not fit in the shower. Upside: Teenagers working “reception” were about as helpful as they could be. Location was steps from LUAS train (tram) and a quick ride to Dublin city center. Building is new construction so everything is clean/new.
