Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "The hotel is beautiful. It looks plain upon arrival but once you enter, it is. The staff was so ridiculously nice. I want to live there. The food was okay. Nothing special, but the staff, again was so wonderful, i did not care. We found enough to eat every meal. I higly recommend the animation staff was my favorite part. Such friendly people.
