"Please bring back the original all Cuban entertainment team. The current team did not hit the mark compared. The weekly towel change is very poor as towels get wet and dirty every day. The move from daily to weekly is not helpful. Love the gym and SPA. As an owner we are always treated very well and have our requests met. "We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel staff were all very friendly & helpful at all times. The hotel was very convenient as it was very close to all the bars, restaurants & beach. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and nice property. Great communication voa whatsapp and close to San.Blas with lots of restaurants and bars. Can be a bit noisy with airport nearby but didnt bother us much tbh. Went in Dec, the smallest of the 3 pools was warm and it got too crowded. The bigger pools were empty, if they were warm people would have enjoyed the facilities better"

"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. "Our stay here was great, the location is great for a family prepare to walk. We did hire a car but found we didn’t use it as much as expected. The only thing that put a bit of a dampener on our stay as the pool temperature. The kids were not phased by this but it was a bit cold for mum and dad! "We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect! "The staff were amazing, friendly,helpful and they sorted any issues straight away. There were always cleaners around throughout the day. The housekeeping was brilliant. The view's were beautiful. The only downside for us as a family is the hotel is up a steep hill. Its withing 25 minute walking distance to Fabàbe beach and then into other areas which is a decent walk. "Lovely villa, everything you need for a stay. Excellent quality fixtures and fittings and lots of space. Couple of points that the villa sleeps 8, however dining table only seats 6, and only 6 sunloungers 4 were around the pool and 2 on the roof terrace. There is a small shop at the hotel, 15 minutes walk away, however the walk back is very steep You really need a car due to the location of this villa "

Best hotel in Adeje with the best shower!

"We always enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The shower is the best hotel shower we have ever been in! A large, powerful, rain shower head. Pure luxury! The food at the hotel is amazing and varied. The waiters and waitresses are always available and willing to serve you drinks and snacks and always with a smile. "
