"A very well maintained property with great views, hot tub and pool. We were unaware of the 4 minute drive up to the villa up steep and bendy roads ( learnt it well). The cloud base was low on quite a few days but when it cleared had a fantastic view of stars and galaxies. The offshore cloud bank impacted the sunsets. Saying that 2 weeks of total rest and relaxation."

"We had a great time in this holiday apartment. The space is just enough for a family of four. The communication and the hospitality with the responsible persons was perfect. We highly appreciated the flexibility with check- in/- out times. The location is very nice with the kids being happy as the pool was just outside the door. To pay extra for sunbeds is a small minus. "Das Haus in Santa Ursula war insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Leider waren wir von der Umgebung sehr enttäuscht, das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und drum herum sind halbfertige Häuser und ein großer Schlammiger Platz gewesen. Es war leider sehr kalt als wir dort waren und außer zwei Heizlüftern hatten wir nicht viel Möglichkeiten um uns Warm zu halten. Eine Klimaanlage oder Heizung gibt es nicht. Zudem konnte man wenn man die Heizlüfter benutzen wollte, nicht mehr Kochen oder Wäsche waschen, da ständig...

"Ich gehe zu erst auf die negativen Punkte ein, da diese hier leider überwiegen. - Das Objekt ist nicht modernisiert und es fehlten sehr viele Sachen wie z. B. Gläser, Bretter und generelle Dinge zum Kochen. Die Pfannen waren schon alle sehr abgenutzt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dort lediglich alte Sachen verstaut worden sind. Wir mussten Sachen wie Bretter oder Pfannen anfordern. Außerdem fehlten Steckdosen am Bett. Jeder Mensch hat heut zu Tage ein Handy! - Der Kühlschrank ist kaputt...

"the hotel is at the back of the resort and on a hill, it is easily recognised by its roofline and thus you can find it to walk back too. the apartment, was spacious, in good condition, clean and well decorated and provisioned. swimming pools were clean and had life guards all day, but unheated. "Perfect for a family holiday, beautiful hotel and fantastic facilities for children. The all-inclusive restaurant is very good quality and lots of choice for everyone. The restaurants are all 5 star . Rooms are amazing, clean and very cool. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble."

"I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
