"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

"We had a wonderful 2nd visit here. Pros- * Andrew and Aimara in the animations team are fantastic! We loved their daytime activities, especially the aquacise, glass jewellery making and sangria workshop. *The weather in Tenerife is lovely. As someone who has pale, freckly skin I appreciated the reliable air-conditioning in our bedroom, and all the parasols at the pool. "We are back here for the 3rd time. We celebrate our civil wedding anniversary here, but we can't celebrate in the restaurants because some of our friends have kids, so we end up having our dinner for 3 nights at the adjacent restaurant around El Mirador. Arrived as usual with that aroma from the entrance and was accommodated in the reception area. We were sent to our room but after a couple of minutes we were told we were sent to the wrong room, luckily we didn't change our clothes yet and...

"This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. "

"Great room! Lovely big bed. The golf view terrace with sun loungers was amazing if you wanted an alternative to pool side. Great pool area with one accessible pool via ramp. Indian restaurant located in hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately multiple balcony door locks where broken meaning the room was unsecure. This was fixed after asking at reception within a couple of hours. Not ideal as this should be checked by hotel but happy the issue was resolved. Expensive hotel shop but loads of choice within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!"

"amazing value for money. I couldn't recommend it more. it's an architectural marvel which perfectly blends into the surrounding. It's nearby one of the best beaches ok the island. It also offers amazing sunsets and stunning ocean views with nearby island gomera in the background. The quality of service is outstanding. we always felt wholeheartedly welcome and all staff was attentive to our needs. it exceeded all my expectations and I'm surely coming again hopefully soon 👌"
