"Just had a great stay at the Hotel Medano. Great staff, big rooms, nice bathroom, good air conditioning and clean. The breakfast quality and choice was very good. The restaurant is open for lunch but not dinner. Plenty of good places close by to eat. The hotel is next to the beach and the town has a good vibe. I booked a seaview room butcthe seaview rooms with a balcony can see right into the room when sitting on their balcony."

"Had a great experience staying at the apart hotel. All staff were great and friendly but cleaning staff deserve special credit because they do an incredible job. The apartment itself was great and it has pretty much everything you’ll need for your stay. The only downside was the restaurant, as good as the food was, it can be a bit pricey and lacks more vegetarian options."

"My goddaughter and I did a 3 day visit and saw that this Hotel was close to the Airport and bus transportation was right outside of the hotel. The bedroom was separated from the lil kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend and if ever have an opportunity to come back, would definitely stay here again."

The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. "At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. "Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"Schön u. Gut, super Lage sowie maurischer Baustil. Nach 10 Jahren immer noch begeistert! Sehr gutes u. reichhaltiges Frühstück-Buffet! Leider sind bei den deutschsprechenden TV-Sender immer noch grössere Bildstörungen! Und das seit Jahren! Ansonsten alles sehr gut. "

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. Wanted to check out the library though time was too short. There was a helpful, cheerful bar tender from Calandria & I loved how she ensured my cava glass was filled to the brim! I liked the spacious interior of my apartment, cosy beds, plenty cutlery & hot water. There could have been more crockery & it would have been useful if condiments like salt & pepper were supplied."

"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location and views are truly beautiful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food on the property was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to exciting places like Siam Park, Jungle Park, and the beach. Being near the center of Los Cristianos meant there was always something to do. I also appreciated the peaceful evenings, which allowed me to relax and unwind. I can't recommend this hotel enough; I’m definitely looking forward to booking another stay soon!"

"Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. A few downsides are that the hot tub doesn't get hot and the wifi in the room is very poor. So maybe top up on your mobile data before you go! But overall a great stay with friendly working staff at reception 🙂"
