"Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. "Pleasant, comfortable, clean apartment, suitable for those with a car. 30 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Bus route nearby comes every 45 minutes. "We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again to the apartment "

"This place was absolutely terrible. No siting except deck chairs. Bed was damp. Little cooking falcilities. Outside area looked like someone was adjacent to us. Rubble and tac in balcony. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. In fact we checked out the next day."

"Great location close to amenities, great pool but lack of shaded area, other people were reserving loungers beneath the limited shaded canopy. Property requires redecorating, though has good facilities! Just needs a lick of paint. The property cleaning service is not cleaning thoroughly, we needed to wipe all surfaces on arrival, this is potentially not the owners fault if they only visit the property a couple of weeks each year. "

"Great apartment in a good location. Very handy for many things to make your holiday great. It’s amazing to be able to walk to the water park and Siam mall. Multiple supermarkets are close and lots of excursion and eating options as well as the beaches. Downsides to be aware of, although they didn’t spoil the holiday for us, are the very loud live music bar next door and the lack of parasol shade around the pool area. "This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"We had a lovely week in the apartment. The swimming pool was great and the pool bar food and drink was excellent, we used the pool bar a lot and would have really missed it if it wasn’t there. The supermarket at the top of the road was so useful, they had all the essentials and we got fresh pastries in the mornings. The Italian restaurant at the top of the road was great. The restaurants locally were all very good, a bit of a walk to the nearest town, but only a €5 ride back to the apartment...

"Really nice place to stay in a great location. The apartments are lovely but you can tell room by room which ones have been modernised. Everything was lovely except the bathroom, really old and the showers were awful. Zero pressure and no hot water. Bath takes at least 30 minutes to fill up aswell. Television is absolutely pointless has 2 channels with weak signal and is about 20 years old. Aside this the whole apartment was absolutely lovely and a fantatsic size."
