"This is our 5th stay at the Santa Barbara and the first time we've been uncomfortable around the pool! We planned a relaxing week sunning ourselves around the pool as usual, however, the amount of children/toddlers running around the main pool was unbearable. Screaming children, balls thrown around the pool aswell as ball games in the pool was nothing wed experienced here on our previous stays. Children should be in the childrens pool not the main pool where people are trying to relax."

"Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. "The hotel is located on a mountain, with incredible views of Los Gigantes and the ocean from the balcony. Warm pool in January, two high-quality restaurants with delicious dishes. The rooms are comfortably designed with large balconies and sun loungers. Responsive and professional staff, very polite and hospitable. "I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
