Great looking and spacious hotel with very friendly service. The spa is a particular highlight. All round a great place. The only problem is noise at night (mainly from their own bar and restaurant Kontiki) which really permeates the back of the hotel (so half of the rooms) every night until approx 11:30 - 12. Soā€¦if youā€™re not looking for a good sleep before midnight then I massively recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly, kind and able to address all our needs during our stay. The buffet for breakfast was AMAZING!! you cant miss this, the variety of food is incredible, really really great! and for an affordable price. The hotel itself is gorgeous, you get your room service everyday, the restaurants, bar inside the property are beautiful, the pool area is clean with towels available at all times. The SPA receptionist was not very friendly, that is the only thing I wanted to point it out, she acted like she does not care if you get the service you want nor even explain the service they offer and how it works. But the Hotel itself is amazing and I will gave it 9 out 10.

The Best Hotel in Santa Cruz
We always use the Mencey hotel when we stay in Santa Cruz. The pool is absolutely fantastic as I swim 2 km a day. Staff are friendly and excellent.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. There are multiple restaurants and a bar on site which all serve great food and drink. The pool area is clean and quiet and Carlos is always around to help. All the staff at this hotel are brilliant, always approachable and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk away from the centre of Santa Cruz through a lovely park. Highly recommended, thank you for a great holiday.

The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, and the location in Santa Cruz is perfect. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and I canā€™t say enough good things about our experience; the staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent and friendly service. The pool, spa, and workout facilities were beautiful and the view of the hills of Tenerife were stunning. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family and are looking forward to coming back here again in the future!
