3 Star Hotels in Tenerife, Canary Islands

"Property tired which is why it’s closing Feb 25 for upgrade. However staff, faculties are excellent and having stayed years ago we knew where we wanted to go. Look forward to returning when reopening."

"Hotel is ok. Initially we were given with a room in the section A with view to construction site. We requested to move to another and few days later we were moved to section C with pool view. Pool is good (some man comes each evening, do measurements and add chemicals), but cold for me - like ocean. Apartments are big, but furniture and all devices are the most cheapest in the world… I have never seen such brands before. Beds are so hard like sleeping on the floor. Something neighbors are noise...

"This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. "Perfect location for quiet but also walkable to many areas, views and local atmosphere is very relaxing "

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"Our stay here was great, the location is great for a family prepare to walk. We did hire a car but found we didn’t use it as much as expected. The only thing that put a bit of a dampener on our stay as the pool temperature. The kids were not phased by this but it was a bit cold for mum and dad! Over Christmas it is just right and ha not fall 25 years since I last stayed. "from the outside, the buildings appear that they had their best timesnlong over; inside, the corridors and rooms are nicely refurbished, room was spacious with comfy beds and spacious terrace with nice views; towels are only changed once a week (unless paid for early exchange), same with housekeeping, so it's ok for a short stay but would not recommend staying loblnger than a few days; the area is very quiet so not ideal for families with kids that would like some more fun"
