"The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping street and it is within 5 mins walking distance to multiple subway and train stations. The location is superb convenience to reach Dotonbori, Kuromon market, train, subway and various shopping centre and streets. At first I was worried about the hotel conditions after reading some of the low rating reviews. However the actual experiences turned out to be great. We were staying at oriental quality floor and the room was clean without any smoking smell. It is also peace and quite despite located in a busy shopping streets. The room carpet showed aging signs though but this is not a big issue for my family. Pyjamas, bedroom slippers, personal care amenities, bottled drinking water were provided. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka in the future. "

"I loved my stay here. This hotel is DIRECTLY connected to the closest subway station, so you don't need to step outside to get here. There is an elevator directly from the underground to the lobby. This is right in the central shopping area of Osaka. Great access to restaurants, as well as Dotonburi (although it's touristy). I recall the bed being a little small for two ppl but that's just how Japan rolls. The bed was also nice and firm and i didn't have any back pain from sleeping. "

"We had the spacious room. They need more hooks for towels. There is no wash basin for the toilet, and there should be. Other than that, it was great!"

"Easily accessible from Umeda station with plenty of dining options around. Only issue was the sound proofing is not the greatest, and there was some noise outside on our last night from 11 - 12PM"
