The elevators can take a while if you're on the upper floors, other than that its an affordable hotel to stay at which is also close to umeda station.

Cool place to stay. Hotel offers many activities to do inside and convenience stores to any necessity, for the price it was a very good option in Osaka. Only minor issue was the noise that can be heared of the outside streets.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fantastic place that has all the amenities one could need or want. The restaurant and bar and own convenience store- excellent. Staff were great. The main con was the lifts. We had to wait 10-12 mins from level 3 to get to our room, due to full and slow lifts. We would stay again!
