"The front desk staff are eager to serve but need better training. The Concierges are the all time winners at this Hotel. Ask for George as he went out of his way to assist me even on his day off. How cool is that! Food in lobby restaurant is excellent and priced fairly. Bar is fully loaded. Breakfast buffet quite adequate and staff there on the ball to serve. Rooms are spacious with necessary balconies. But this place is a monster. And when conventions are here a bit of a mad house. "

Every department & member of staff were all extremely helpful and available for any assistance, lovely rooms and facilities and the food & drinks were fantastic. "The hotel was absolutely amazing, staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Room and facilities were outstanding, spa was lovely, pool areas clean and gardens well maintained. There was plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes on site and many more a short walk to the town centre and beach. Transport links across Malta were so easy and regular, made day trips out really easy to explore. "Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time."

"It's a nice hotel, only noise I heard was when chairs were moved around, perhaps felt pads would avoid such noises. Only real gripe is TV is in German, I did ask if they could reset to English and engineer did visit but still the same after, in fact worse as he had cleared the netflix account for a german user but at least they were in English. BBC not available for remembrance day."

"The hotel was lovely, anything you asked about was done really quickly, ie change of pillows, requesting an iron and ironing board, breakfast was really good Depak was particularly good, the only fault with the hotel was the indoor pool, it was a spa pool lovely and warm, but there was no support rail, I'm unsteady on my feet, so I couldn't use the pool, unless one of my family were with me "
