"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. "We recently spent a week in Malta and loved our stay. We ran into a small issue our second day but the property manager was super responsive and the problem was cleared up with no real inconvenience for us. The property is located very close to major cultural attractions and restaurants but on a quiet street so no disturbances. I loved the architecture of the property and area. People visiting should be clear this is not a hotel and more of an apartment with a full kitchen and living room area....

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable, we could feel the springs of the mattress. The pillow wasn’t much better, very high and hard. One TV was stuck in the corridor which was furnished as a living room. The only basin in the bathroom was miniature and was impossible to wash 2 hands at a time let alone brush your teeth. No basic condiments in the kitchen: no tea, sugar or salt. "

"A quirky old Maltese house. Very clean and comfortable room and bed with lovely harbour views. The roof terrace was lovely but the lighting was all from the floor upwards and made seeing to walk around rather dangerous.
