I went to concierge to explain my situation and Edgar was on duty. "Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time."

"The hotel was lovely, anything you asked about was done really quickly, ie change of pillows, requesting an iron and ironing board, breakfast was really good Depak was particularly good, the only fault with the hotel was the indoor pool, it was a spa pool lovely and warm, but there was no support rail, I'm unsteady on my feet, so I couldn't use the pool, unless one of my family were with me "
