"The property was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but no milk, so I had to ask the staff at the reception desk for some. There was also a slightly disturbing encounter of knocking on my door just after midnight and someone opened the door. The gentleman at the front desk apologised when I asked about it in the morning and said he was checking something."

"The location was great. Walking distance to some main attractions and easy access to the Metro. Lots of restaurants close by. Mini bar was wonderful. I could just grab a water to take with me on my way out in the morning. The pass for the other hotels in the chain was quite handy. I walked almost everywhere and having somewhere to stop to rest and use the washroom was terrific. The only negative was the shower.
