"Room was a good size, and very clean. It was close to the train station which was really handy. The only down side was when we were checking in, we had a staff member that was quite condescending regarding tattoos in the onsen. Our group had none but he still felt the need to be very rude to us as if he didn’t believe we would abide by the rules because we weren’t from Japan (specifically he made a point , even after explaining the initial onsen rules, that because we were foreigners now...

"Impressive and Helpful Staff The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and always eager to assist. We were very impressed with their customer service. While there were times when they needed to use a machine translator to communicate, they never brushed us off and were always patient and willing to help whenever we had questions or issues. Their dedication to making our stay comfortable truly stood out."

"Like the sustainability initiatives. However, would be good if hotel able to provide basic complimentary bottles of water upon request. Also the parking was not easy to find for first time traveler. If able to provide more detailed instructions and pictures would be good."

"Nice place to stay as the Hotel Location is very good. It’s on a hep street which is open till late bus stops are nearby It’s just very far from any beach It would take 2 hours to reach a good beach feom this side of naha so it’s better to stay anywhere else if you want a place closer to the beach. Rest the stay was good !8,3 place at a nice price. 7/11 is on the 1st floor of yhis byilding so obviously helful."

"The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori. "

"The staff was very polite and nice. The room was big and really beautiful compare to other regular hotels near the airport. But the restaurant didn’t have much options we had to go outside to eat. The breakfast wasn’t good. They should change the menus of the restaurant. "

"Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good."

"Rooms were spacious enough , clean and comfortable. Hotel has a front desk that is well staffed , great for easy check-in and able to help with various questions that might arise. I prefer a 25/7 front desk over other hotels that are electronic only as well as luggage management. Easy access to main downtown street. Bus stop 2 minute walk. All for a reasonable price."

"Easy and direct 15 min walk to Ferry Port and other destinations many restaurants and bars within 1-2 minute walk - street was loud until late on Saturday but still worth it for the price and location"

"I booked here for the night before an early flight out of Okinawa. Great for a one nighter but wouldn’t recommend if on a longer stay. The rooms while clean and comfortable was small. There was no windows that can be used for any practical purpose. Less than 10 minutes away from the airport and there is a shopping Centre, restaurants and metro within a block or two. "
