"Stay itself was great and for leisure travelers is perfect for mid tier hotels. Infinity pool and incredibly comfortable room. Personally i thought the breakfast and gym was poor, however i had come from the Hilton so in fairness for half the price this plsce is probably better value for a normal person. Plus a normal person would appreciate bscon and eggs moresk than myself. Do recommend hotel for those wanting a luxury room at a great price, personally i wouldn’t stay again unless i...

"A relatively small hotel that still maintains it's heritage. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The area around the hotel has seen better days but there are plenty of options within walking distance if you are doing the tourist things. The money we saved by staying here was well spent on a fantastic meal at Ministry of Crab!"

"This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would have been great if the surrounding neighborhood was in better shape especially looking down from the roof top pool."

"Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!"

"I had read some not so great reviews before leaving however I found Amora Lagoon a lovely hotel. It is a hotel in another country so things aren’t always going to be exactly what you expect from a local hotel however I found it quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and beautiful, the room clean and comfortable with air conditioning and only a few minutes drive to the airport. The shower pressure in two of the three rooms we stayed in was not fantastic but again...

"We had a great stay prior to our early morning flight out. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Dinner was good also. We loved the pool. Only one improvement recommendation, the bathroom seemed unfinished in parts and the light is very cold/bright in the bathroom."
