The customer service was excellent—every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. "I honestly cannot say enough about this place. The only issue I had was the bed hurting my back. Everything here is practically new. I have had many back surgeries and that is why I had issues with the bed. But I worked great with the manager Dustee and her staff to come up with a solution that bettered the bed and back issue. They found 8 additional pillows and blankets to put down on my side of the bed. Although it looked rough it made my last 2 nights better and I actually got some sleep. "

"The property was clean and it’s always nice to have so many amenities at this hotel. The breakfast was free and good. We had to set up the pack and play and there was more than enough room. The only complaint is that the bottom of the shower did not look very clean and the baseboard by the curtains. There was actually a small ball in the corner. "
