"The property itself was lovely. Both our room and the hotel itself were immaculately cleaned by housekeeping daily. The lobby staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary washing/dryer machines available on the 2nd floor of the hotel and the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle to Disneyland departs only once a day though. The only downside to this hotel was the surrounding area; however, this is of personal opinion. As someone from the West, the surrounding area can be a little...

"The front desk at the Yati is excellent, friendly and always are there to assist you. Ellis, Ekko, Lilly, Tracy are amazing. I spent so much time at the bar Andy and Joy became friends, Carter is a great manager at the bar. BUT, it would be awesome if there could be a Yati Happy Hour at the bar! Audrey the front desk manager has a great team. I hope the management realizes that the 5 star rating they get is because of the workers they have at the front desk. "
