This hotel is way overpriced and if you don’t know their language good luck, they are very rude. Breakfast Costs 3 times of what other hotels charge, the hot tub was filthy and I would never stay there again, I asked them to clean it and they eventually did and used the same nasty filter. It’s a tourist trap, everything is 3 to 4 times the regular price as other hotels in the area and I would never stay there again, the other local hotels are cheaper and better. Breakfast staff was rude and they charge $21 in Spain and you can get a whole breakfast mean for about $5 to $6 elsewhere and be treated with a smile, I was in Spain for a little over 2 weeks and my only complaint was this hotel.

Friendly bar staff. A great place to hang out while waiting for our group to gather. Our room was too warm. You have to keep a key card in a slot to keep air and lights on so it was too warm when we got in. We had a family room so the bathroom was continuously hot and steamy.

Arriving at hotel Staff at Reception was so helpful anything you needed they got for you if you needed towels they came straight to you. My Aircon broke down. They sent someone up late at night and repaired it. I couldn’t fault this hotel would definitely stay here again.

Great value, location, and service. The food was amazing. The only surprise was that the pool and deck were a bit smaller than could be observed in the pictures, but it was still great to take a sip midday to refresh.

I booked this property for the pool. Pool was closed without advance notice. Expedia refused to cover the difference for a similar property in the area with the amenity I wanted and the hotel only offered to let me stay at a sister property that was further away and not in the Gran Via area
