No tea or coffee in room, very hard water, no fitted sheets. Also, housekeeping staff on the floor were very very loud and completely unconcerned with guest peace. Loud banging, yelling to each other down the hall, singing out loud to their audible music in their phone. Careless.

The property was right next door to an outdoor mall so shopping was an easy walk away with plenty of food options. The room was very quiet and my wife really enjoyed the soaking tub after all the walking and shopping.

Unfortunately, the live music band in the Rouse lounge was so loud that our room on the 11th floor heard loud thumping bass sounds. I called front desk and they were going to tell band to turn off balcony speakers, but really didn't make a difference. Very annoying as it went on until almost 1am. I suggested sound proofing the lounge better or letting hotels guests know when band is performing there is noise.

Loud could hear EVERYTHING in surrounding rooms and the room was not cleaned and sanitized there was literally vomit in our sink and the plumbing needs work it took all day for the tub to drain and the toilet was making noise the entire time

we stayed at the Red Rock Casino for the F1 weekend in November. we did not want to stay near the strip or the crowds so this was an excellent location. the hotel/ resort complex is massive and yet so easy to navigate. we did not spend any time in the casinos but loved the food court and entertainment area like the bowling alley and arcade area. the pool area looked very inviting and i was very sorry that I did not take advantage of sitting out there! our room was on a high floor overlooking the Red Rock Canyon. it was spacious and comfortable. the washroom was adequate. i think it just felt slightly dated BUT again, it was comfortable. I visited the Spa to get my hair styled- and had tracey as a stylist. she was very pleasant. the spa is very lovely- a great atmosphere. the hotel is very close to great shopping and dining options. it is very easy to drive around vegas from the resort. we had a great weekend here!

I stayed at this property on 07 January 2025 , The Check In was Quick .. However the clerk was Semi-Friendly , I placed my cards in her hand which she kind of took out my hand aggressively, and when it came time to give me back my items she placed them on the counter ( It’s not the 50’s anymore ) ; I wish the Hotel came equipped with Self Check In Kiosks. When I got to the room it was beautiful with an amazing view , However there was no microwave. Overall I enjoyed my short stay and the view!!
