Terrible Experience at Caesars Palace – Never Staying Here Again!” My one-night stay at Caesars Palace was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, the navigation was terrible. The distance from the parking lot to the front desk felt like a mile, with no clear signs or assistance for new visitors. I had to walk back and forth multiple times, making the experience exhausting. To top it off, they don’t even provide complimentary parking for hotel guests. The staff was unhelpful and failed to explain hidden fees. At checkout, I was charged a $40 late fee simply because I waited in a long line due to their broken kiosk machines. I was just three minutes past the 11:00 AM checkout time, but they refused to waive the fee despite it being their fault. The kiosks didn’t work but were still in place, wasting everyone’s time. The casino experience was equally bad. While standing next to my wife as she played slots, a bartender rudely asked for both of our IDs. When I couldn’t provide mine (left in the room), she unnecessarily involved security, even though I wasn’t gambling. This felt discriminatory and humiliating. Overall, this property is poorly managed, and the staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests.

I booked the Augustus fountain view when I arrived to check in they told me all of those rooms have been sold out and didn’t even upgrade me instead put me with a view to the parking lot ! Thanks for ruining my wife’s birthday ! Never staying here again !

The link to be prepared for self check-in did not have my hotel as an option. When reaching out to the bellhop it took at least an hour for them to respond and deliver my bags. Then there weren't towels and washcloths in my room.
