The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

If I could put 0 stars I would. It was dirty. The elevators werent working. They ended up putting us with our small kids in the motel across the street. When we went to go to our room a lady literally told us we need to leave because it wasnt a good place to be. We felt so unsafe that we left immediately and headed back to the airport to figure out our next plan. All at 1130 pm with small kids who were exhausted from traveling all day. Do not stay here!!!!!!

The rooms we stayed at were looking worn down. Restrooms were a bit dirty at the seams of the bathtubs. We tried the buffet and the selection was very limited and not very good!

Ive stayed before and have had no problem but this time it was just all bad. New self Check in was pretty cool but for check out was a nightmare. Only 1 elevator was working and had to walk from the 22nd floor to the 19th just to find an elevator going down. Check out was crowded due to it only being in one small area to scan a QR code and drop off keys but easy self check out. Please fix elevators is all i ask.

The doors to the room connected to ours do not touch the floor, so we could literally hear everything and see into the other room if you lay on the floor. We had to put a towel on the floor blocking the crack to get some privacy. One of the side tables was broken and tilted forward, causing the drawer to stay open. The clock wasn’t set, which isn’t a big deal but just inconvenient. There is no service in the lobby so if it asks for your confirmation number, you have to wait for someone to help and they do not have enough people staffed for all the people that needed help. The line for check-in was INSANELY long for multiple hours, and the elevators were all backed up. No one was there to direct people to the right elevators and people were getting confused since they don’t all go to all the floors. The signs explaining this are probably not large/obvious enough. Someone threw up in one of the elevators and it wasn’t cleaned for at least 30 minutes. We couldn’t get another elevator to stop on our floor and ended up having to take the stairs all the way down to the 2nd floor to get to the escalators. The experience was overall very frustrating.

I didn’t t like it because the place is dirty unsafe and far away from circus circus main entrance. I’m totally disappointed . I won’t ever come back or recommended to anybody. The rooms have a Strongly bad smell. The High fees for The property and it’s the most horrible place a stayed in Vegas. Unsecured windows, I couldn’t even open the curtains because anybody can see inside the room. I can probably list more things, but I will live it up to your inspection team for future reference. For the price I paid I can easily stayed in a totally better resort here in Vegas. I used Expedia and so is my family. Room 2546 was also book by my son and that room we had to ask for some thing to avoid the strong bad smell. If customers reviews really mesns something to you, please do some investigation to determine what is going on. But this is my bad experience.

The heating isn’t working and the kids next room are loud and I called front-desk but didn’t answer. And then I checked out at 11pm because I cannot sleep at this hotel. IT WAS TERRIBLE.

The elevators were not working, staff was not helpful and completely unavailable. The property was not renovated. It’s completely old and outdated and the service is horrific. Even if you have kids, definitely stay somewhere else.
