The housekeeper and valet were great! There was a lack of working bathrooms on the main floor and the buffet was only open a few days a week none of them during our 4 day stay. Our bathroom sink backed up and stunk, the main floor had limited poker machines.

It was great value for the price. The room was cheap. However, it’s not located in the center of the strip which made walking a challenge (but doable). The interior and the rooms seemed a little outdated. There were few amenities in the room… no coffee, no wash cloths, tv was outdated and difficult to operate, no mini fridge, no safe to put valuables. These are just minor things. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Decent enough stay on the strip. Very clean and felt safe. Pyramid elevators were very shaky and felt a bit unstable, but had no issues using them after figuring out how to use the room key to activate our floor. Food at the buffet was "meh" at best. Tried it two different days to get an idea if was an "off" day. It was the same both days. Some food was hot, some cold and mostly bland. Aesthetic was awesome and loved the Egyptian theme everywhere. I would stay here again, but so many other resorts to try out so maybe not in the near future.

Luxor is definitely a dated property. The tower king suite that we stayed in was not updated, broken tiles in the bathroom, missing caulk and mold in the tub and shower. Tub had to be rinsed out prior to use. No amenities in the room, ie coffee maker, microwave etc. Location was great if you wanted to stay away from F1 traffic. Probably wont stay here again. Also, prepaid for the rooms prior to travel dates and was hit with $125 in unexpected hotel fees that needed to be paid prior to check out. unacceptable

The room i checked into was never cleaned from previous guests. It was obvious the shower, tub and toilet were never touched. The toilet had blood all over the front of the bowl. Mirror had water splashes on it. Nothing dusted. All they did was change the bedding. I asked for washcloths 3x. They never brought them. They have me 1, for a 4 night stay. Really sad

After I paid for resort fees on Expedia, I was also charged again at the hotel. He said no exceptions I had to pay! Plus $18 for parking and $50 deposit and $45 more dollars for resort fees. So in all I paid extra $113. It says when you book on Expedia resort fees are in the total.. so why was I charged 2 times?

The room was very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but my T.V and end table lights were not working and one end table had cigarette ash left on it. I called the front desk and they were very prompt on taking care of the issues. All the staff were very friendly.
