"The hotel was in a great location between ischia porta and ischia ponte. Close to so many bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff we so lovely and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. The hotel is as it appears in photos - old fashioned in style throughout. The pool area was not the cleanest but fine. If you are ok with this then i would highly recommend and definitely value for money. Room was clean, beds comfortable, family room just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens."

"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. "I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......
