"The staff were more than excellent. The room and the sea view/castle view were excellent. The breakfast was unbelievably excellent with so many food/drink options. I didn’t swim in the pool as it wasn’t as blue as pictured in the advertisement (was a shade of green/couldn’t see the bottom) but the thermal pools were nice and relaxing. "Amazing 3 night stay, room with sea and castle view. Great location in charming Ischia Ponte. Excellent massages, nice spa reservable privately for 45 minutes each day, great breakfast with wonderful server Sara. My husband and I had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Grazie mille!"

"The hotel is in a very convenient location walking distance from the port, to the beach, dining, shopping, some attractions and close to central bus station. The breakfast buffet has limited options. Overall it was a good experience and the staff were friendly, courteous and able to provide assistance."

"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......

"The hotel was in a great location between ischia porta and ischia ponte. Close to so many bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff we so lovely and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. The hotel is as it appears in photos - old fashioned in style throughout. The pool area was not the cleanest but fine. If you are ok with this then i would highly recommend and definitely value for money. Room was clean, beds comfortable, family room just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens."
