"Food is 10/10 and so are staffs, building is new and spacious but only issue is noise outside and inside. I wish they can invest in better windows and doors for noise insulation because anytime anyone walks through the hallways, closes or open doors, trucks honks outside etc. it all can be heard inside the room and can be very disruptive through the night. "Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

"The concierge at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the housekeeping was always on it. Thank you for making our stay easy. There's a lovely garden to sit in with umbrellas for shade if the sun is out. Loads of different type of birds can be seen from the window. The hotel is close Islamabad's main attractions and also to F10 & F7 which can be regarded are the foodie areas."

"The reservation included 2 double beds for 3 people. The photos shown online and also in the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me made it look like the 2nd double bed was in a smaller/separate bedroom within what the hotel called a "Deluxe Suite." However, at checkin time, it became clear that there was only a single room with a single double bed. The only option was for the staff to bring an extra bed into the room, which decreased the amount of available free space in the room....

I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. Nobody would pick up the phone provided by Orbitz. Imagine what would happen if you arrive late. Access to hotel was not maintained at all. I...

"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"
