"The place is beautifully decorated with traditional furniture, service and staff was great. They made sure we were comfortable and accommodated all our requests. The food is great, we tried almost all food there and throughly enjoyed the morning breakfast as well The close proximity to just about everything was also a great plus Overall the staff made our 6 day stay very comfortable, We'll be back soon!"

"I stayed in January for 5 nights and my experience of staying at this hotel was not good. There was not hot water, despite my complaint the issue wasn't resolved. At times, elevators won't work and you had to bang on the door to keep them moving. The most frustrating part for me was the wifi connection which was VERY poor. I won't recommend this hotel if you have to do virtual meetings or have to respond to emails. I wouldn't staying at this hotel for USD 50 only. "

"The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. When we went to check in the front desk worker actually raised his voice at me when I was approaching the steps to stand in line to check in. He waved his hands to send me away because there was one other person at the counter. I was simply waiting my turn. If I wasn’t in need of the hotel rooms I would...

"Amazing stay. Great central location and easy to find. There are two Faletti hotels in the area so make sure to ask for the right one. This one is opposite the Press Club. Convenient location with good food shops nearby! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even the Hotel Manager came and introduced himself to me :-) "
