"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"

"This is a unique, interesting property with amazing views of the mountains. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The shower did not work well and the food was average,, but otherwise we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Murree."

"The place was neat and clean, walkable distance to mall road. It was in a quite location. Staff was helpful and the food at their restaurant was good (we had a breakfast there only). Although 1) standard room looked much better on pictures than in real life 2) the ad says the price includes breakfast while it actually doesn’t. "

"Flited dirty carpet on the floor . Toilet flush system no working and around the bed area on the carpet are full of sand, bugs are crowing on the carpets. 10 - inches small black & white TV and remote was inop. Wi Fi, Internet was not working. It was messed up completely our stay in the hotel. Asking counter desk, to meeting with the manager on Sunday evening & next morning before leaving the hotel but he haven't, shown up for meeting."

"Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. "Booked this Hotel and then we received a message one day before our trip that the rooms are not available and transfered us to a crappy hotel. They had us stay in another hotel. This is not how hoteling business works. We should get what we booked.
