"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The ceilings were moldy, the curtains were torn, the washing machine was outside and did not work. The 'hotel' seemed to be a cheap combination of a flea market, karaoke bar and rooms. The elevator also did not feel entirely safe. I believe the 'hotel' would be shut down if a fire marshal or security firm did a thorough analysis of this place. I highly discourage choosing this place. It is awful!!!"
