"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Hotel is too isolated in the middle of the expo centre. There are no eateries around the hotel unless you drive out. It is unsafe to come back alone to hotel. If you are stranded any where in the expo if you plan to walk in, you will be rob. It is dark and feeling unsafe. Restaurant for breakfast is small, table and chairs setting are cónjested, so avoid eating breakfast in the Peak hours in morning. "

Staff were alright - nothing special. I am surprised i need to request for a hair dryer for my 4 days stay there. It took me more than 2 hours to get a hair dryer. In fact, the initial call was greeted with a "sorry, we don't have any more hair dryer.".... I was like....Durh....This is not acceptable! Finally, they...
