"Everything was great with our stay. We were able to check in early upon our arrival and get settled in prior to visiting the waterpark! That was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the activities staff and enjoyed all the activities they offer and include the kids in. Room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"Everything about it was kid friendly and that is why we went , was to bring my daughter to the "slidepool" and she loved it it was wonderful and i even enjoyed everything there, it was pretty cool!"

"Hotel was new, clean and bed was comfortable. I did have difficulty with the heat not working (fan was on but room stayed at 66 or 67 degrees). I don’t mind sleeping in a cool room so I didn’t call the front desk for help. The other thing to mention is a fire house is next door so there are sirens at night some times. They didn’t last long but did wake me up. "

"The positives: wonderfully renovated large classic old home. We stayed in the large downstairs adjoining rooms (units C&D). My sister-in-law was joining my wife and I to see their family in Sandusky. Room(s) were beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Nice little kitchen; had a washer/dryer. Price was good. The negatives (quirks): There's no staff; it's all automated. We stayed there in January 2025 and there was snow and ice, and no one to shovel the snow or sweep off the stairs or walkways -...
