"I was sent to a second building of the Hotel Retro into the rook 502. Which is fine as a standard. But nobody warned me that there is no lift up to the 5th floor. It ends on the fourth floor then you have to walk up taking narrow wooden stairs with your bag."

"What an amazing accommodation! The place was super cozy, clean and very modern. The main lobby/area was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 30-45 minute walk to the city centre but there are food options in the neighborhood. It's right by the De Koninck brewery, if you are into beer. This place exceeded my expectations."

"Comfortable bed. Basic amenities but works for short term stay. Sainte Catherine area has lots of restaurants, cafe, shops and everything is walkable from the hotel. Metro is a few minutes walk as well."

"Funky hotel not my style but two blocks from main square. So great location Lobby is a big bar at night but in the morning, like nothing happened. Clean and great breakfast. "

When was supposed to leave I had a booked breakfast included in my hotel booking, I was supposed to leave early in order to catch my coach so I asked if o could get some rolls or something to go, I was told no I had to wait 25 minutes which means I would have missed my transport. I would like a refund for my missed breakfast."
