"Most of my experience was positive. The staff was great. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. The one issue I had was with the toilet. I really don't think that room should be used or it should be advised to guests that the toilet is slow to have waste and TP flush down, and often requires a 2-3 flushes. Also, there really should be an alarm clock in the room. I had to use my phone to check the time."
