"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple. And would have loved there to be more restaurant around the place. But I choose the hotel because it’s close to the lift. Too bad I couldn’t ski at all. "Pas de spa contrairement à la mention ebookers. Référence spa pour les bains d’ovronnaz, car offrent 3.- de rabais. Sinon top, très grand, l’établissement a un énorme potentiel. Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. Aurions pu demander mais étaient trop sympas on n’a pas voulu embêter. Qq moucherons en hiver ? Un peu vieillot, cuisine tv non fonctionnels mais...

"This was a lovely little room, very comfortable. Not a lot open on Sunday in the town. No restaurants or cafes or even grocery store. If you want to eat on Sunday, you have to drive into chamonix or wait until the restaurant opens at 6:00 pm. Wish the breakfast was included. It looked delicious! "
