Four of us had a great time at the Palace. We went out at night, and since the hotel is by the highway it is easy for taxis/Ubers to access and therefore cheap to get around. Would highly recommend. Workers Sedat and Mustafa are lovely!

It was very beautiful at the beginning but after checking in you go through it he back door and you have to walk through a short alley to get to the room. There was no elevator, for check in the guy helped us to get our bags up to the room but for check out we had to take the baggage by ourselves.

This hotel is not as advertised. The rooms do not have central air: the air is controlled by the front desk. The windows are falling off the hinges. Our room was booked as full access spa and when we got there we were told we are allowed to use the sauna/steam room for 30min a day and must make a booking everyday. The sauna/spa is foul smelling: damp and dank. Our room was not on the hotel property and we had to exit the premises and walk down a side street to get to our room, which by the way faces a condemned house. It was extremely noisy from passing traffic and during prayer time. The light above the mirror does not work. The front desk area credit card reader does not work and I believe this was a ploy to force guests to pay in cash, circumventing the credit card fees that the property would have to pay to VISA. They instead kept insisting we pay for our transportation in cash. The transportation was 45minutes late to pick us up from the airport on our arrival. The on site pool is not heated so it cant be used during the winter unless you plan to freeze to death. As someone who has been to over 55 countries, I do not think this property is value for money.

Absolutely loved the staff. I came to visit after my father passed away and they checked on me & made sure I was having a good stay. Quiet location, great breakfast and a short ish walk to the old part of town. My only 2 non deal breaker issues were a weird leak in the bathroom’s ceiling and that the pool opens late and closes way too early. It was hard to use it when you are trying to be out and about during the day.

Unique property with charm and beautiful decor. Wish they had more than one restaurant options at the property. Also, there are multiple buildings on the property, so you don’t know which building and what amenities are included when you select the room. It would help to make that clearer.

We had a great few days in Istanbul The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the most wonderful room. The hotel booked a cruise and dinner for us and a walking tour of the main sites a 10 minute walk away. Our Tour guide Eylem was amazing. The hotel is clean with good amenities and has close access to all the main sites A great place to stay and visit Istanbul Thank you to all the staff at Seven hills palace

Very disappointed if you want to waste your money, then book this hotel. there was damp on the walls,the heating wasn’t working. I had to contact the manager five times to get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Please book somewhere else for the similar price, and better hotel.

This property was beyond our expectations. It was at a great locations to touristic areas and attractions. It was at a great locations for walking along side of the Bosphorus. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues encountered in general. If I go again to Istanbul, I would definitely stay in the same property again.

the seven hills palace hotel was fantastic , the staff were just as good . the hotel room was very nice , the bed was fantastic , the shower was also fantastic , the location is minutes away from the two central mosques and close to the hustle and bustle of the city , with it being located on the main road next to the water is was also very easy to find when wandering around .
