"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone.
