"Stay was good, curtains block out so much light it was great to have a lay in. Shower was great but shower screen not bug enough so water would go over the floor. A few stains on the carpet. Beds were comfy."

"I had a single room and, as usual, for most single travellers, it was tucked away as an afterthought. I understand that the integrity of the building needs to be maintained but there was a massive crack in the upper pane of the window in the bedroom and a gap between the sashes that let in blasts of cold air. "Location near the center of Leeds, this property is well maintained, and the room was comfortable. Our floor was not noisy, and lift service can be slow at times. Breakfast spread was good, though more signage to remind guests to clear their trays are needed."

"Stayed for one night. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Around half hour by car from York City Centre. Hotel room was a little tired but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was worth the money, plenty of variety and a full cooked breakfast if required. Unlimited drinks both hot and cold. Staff friendly. Would recommend."
