"Third time we have stayed here. Very convienient, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The let down was Room 12 which has restricted head room which is a particular issue if you wake at night. Was not aware of this when booking though now ive looked at reviews, others have commented on the same issue. ..."

"We had a lovely time in Polperro and the house is exactly as pictured - gorgeous harbour views! Immaculately clean, comfy beds, great shower and all you could need in the kitchen. Very easy to check in and Jonathan is excellent to communicate with."

"Carla was very helpful, making sure all details to get in were available to me. She even came out when I arrived at around 7pm she helped me get in. The bed is super comfortable and I had all the creature comforts I needed"
