"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. Lovely Hotel in the town with private parking.

"Lovely hotel in the heart of Polperro. Very friendly greeting by Becky. She was Bubbly and very helpful and informative about the hotel and Polperro. We have mobility issues so when we were told we had bookef the top floor (3 flights) she found us a lower room and helped with the luggae ustairs. Nice room and lovely lounge and breakfast room. It was great to get a drink at the honesty bar and sit on the lovely terrace above the road and watch the world go by. Only downside was that the toilet kept blocking in our room (room 2). "

"Another fantastic stay, we have stayed here multiple times and have always had a great time, the location is excellent and it’s a lovely walk to Sutton Harbour and The Barbican through the Hoe park and along the coast and it only takes 10 minutes."

"The hotel is stunning specially that it was built 1863. The room a amazing size, guess does go by what you choose and paid for. Wifi has work all time I've been here. I am writing this review while I am still there. Staff have been super friendly. Highly recommend. 100% definitely coming back. Will like to add Aj at the receptionist has been super friendly and helpful."
