"We hit the lottery finding this place in Fez. Mohamed and his crew were amazing. Our stay felt more like staying at a family member or friends house than a hotel. The building is beautiful, clean, the room was big and so beautiful with Moroccan art. The food was delicious and Mohamed was very helpful in finding us an excellent tour guide. "

"Very basic services. No alcohol available. 2 small bottles of water even if stayed for a year. You must buy your own. Cannot get any small change for tips. Breakfast vey good. Asked for a quiet room and got on on Main Street 6 lanes and thousands of motorcycles. They changed me but to a smaller room. "

"We were dropped off by our driver and met by a person from the hotel who escorted us to the Riad. We were welcomed with Mint Tea and given the option to have dinner. The Riad also has the ability to book tours with the Medina of Fez with experienced guides. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. "We booked this property based on the rating and it was a very disappointing experience. Our room was the terrace room (4 flights of stairs). We seemed to be the only guests. We arrived very late at night, so I understand not getting a welcome drink as advertised. However, there was no drinking/bottled water provided either. The room was dusty and the bathroom was terrible. YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR FROM INSIDE AND LATCH IT. No privacy!!! The walls were moldy. There were NO BATH TOWELS...

"Had such an amazing stay in this beautiful riad! Osama was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and huge with a very comfortable bed. Every corner of the riad is so cozy and rustic. Not to mention the incredible rooftop. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast there. All of the staff were so kind!
