"Looked for a cheap overnight hotel in Middlesbrough, and found Longlands. Rooms were simple, shared toilets and showers as advertised, but clean and tidy. There was a problem with the boiler, affecting the central heating, but the receptionist provided a portable electric heater when it couldn't be sorted. Showers were electric so worked, and were nicely fitted out. I added the breakfast, which was really good value. "
